What is the Refund Process for Right Writing Dubai (UAE)?

The refund process is hassle-free, provided you follow the process for refund as outlined below.

In principle, the standard refund period is 30 days from the approval of the refund request.

Right Writing Dubai (UAE) assesses refund requests on a case-by-case basis as there are usually unique reasons why a refund request is made. Ceteris paribus, please note, Right Writing Dubai (UAE) does not entertain vexatious requests for refund and only instances where refund is really due are considered.

We take the satisfaction of our customers seriously and want them to experience an impressive service every time they choose to work with us and we commit to do our best to ensure that. We however have a negligible percentage of instances where clients may feel dissatisfied and unable to continue and this refund policy helps to handle that.

In all refund cases, we may require documented proof that the quality of your order is low (e.g., scanned copy of your instructor’s feedback, plagiarism report, etc.). Should You feel it necessary to make a refund request, please do so by sending an email to info@writeright.ae – we will immediately send your order to “Under Investigation” and forward it to Our Quality Assurance Department (QA).

After comparing their findings with the reasons for dissatisfaction, the necessary corrective actions will be taken. In case we reimburse the money because of mistakes or some irrelevance to the initial instructions, our QA Department, at its sole discretion, evaluates the quality of the paper and refunds an amount comparable to the percentage of incorrect content in the paper and mistakes present in it or the work input from our side thereof.

Our refund process is designed to guarantee that you obtain partial or full money back where applicable. Right Writing Dubai UAE has an easy to process, customer friendly refund policy that makes provisions for whatever problems you might encounter when utilizing our services.

All your requests for refunds, based on quality issues, shall be reviewed and a response for processing of refund, upon investigation, initiated within 5 business days.

What does the investigation process look like on both ends?

Your end:

Actually, the one thing that is required is to establish contact with our Support Team, in charge of Quality Assurance via emailing info@writeright.ae regarding any difficulties you may have experienced with your order. In doing the foregoing, you are required to put ‘REFUND REQUEST or CANCELLATION REQUEST’ as the title of your email. Our team is able to follow up on the order based on your email details and get back to you. It is required that you be as specific as possible in terms of your complaints detailed in the email.

Once you submit a cancellation request, your order is moved to ‘Under Investigation’ status. Note that while the order is in the status, the money for the order is held by Right Writing Dubai (UAE) and all progress on the order is stopped.

Our end:

  • Check your complaints as forwarded by the Support Team.
  • Check your initial requirements (topic, description, attached materials, deadline, and other order details).
  • Check your chat with the expert.
  • Check the paper provided by the expert.
  • Compare the complaints with the paper completed.
  • Based on the results of the previously mentioned points, decide whether the refund option is possible.
  • If yes, return the eligible amount, as per investigation results. As part of the no refund policy in the company’s terms and conditions, the client is entitled to full credit to use on any upcoming project of commensurate value. However, if you wish for money back to your bank account, you are required to share your IBAN details for the initiation of the process. While we provide various methods of contact (i.e. email, telephone, message board, and live chat) to facilitate communication between You and Us, all cases of refund are handled through our Customer Support team accessible by email at info@writeright.ae. You should title your email as ‘REFUND REQUEST or CANCELLATION REQUEST’ followed by the details of the complaint and our customer support team will get back to you within 5 business days.

However, if such a request is not received using the aforementioned methods within the Refund Period, the company will not be obliged to honor or consider the above mentioned request.

What is refund period?

Refund Period begins on the date of Customer’s order deadline and expires on the last day of the Refund Period. All requests for refunds are reviewed and a response given within 5 business days after a refund request is initiated. We offer 10 business days to request a refund in case you were dissatisfied with the order outcome (”Refund Period”).

In case You are not satisfied with any of the Services, You can submit a refund request according to these Terms within the Refund Period. Once the Refund Period lapses, We will not refund any amounts paid or consider any requests for refunds whatsoever. That being the case, we commit to provide multiple revisions to ensure that the project is finally accepted.

Please note that Right Writing Dubai (UAE) does not cater for any instances where the academic institution denies the student(s) a chance to re-submit a piece of work. If this is the case, and Right Writing Dubai (UAE) as the responsible party finds that a client qualifies for a refund, the liability incurable by Right Writing Dubai (UAE) is limited to the value of the order placed by the client.

When am I eligible to get 100% money back?

1. The Order has not been started. You can cancel your order and get a full refund any time within 24 hours after the order is created or payment made;

2. In case You accidentally pay twice for the same order, We will refund You the second payment after your confirmation* * If You place two identical orders and pay for both of them, We will assume that You need both orders to be completed and start working on them. Therefore, if any of the orders is paid by mistake, please, make sure You contact us immediately to clarify the situation. Of course, You can cancel any order that You do not need before it is started within 24 hours after making payment for the order;

3. If for any other reason your order is sent to You after the deadline indicated in the Order Form and You do not need it anymore, You can request a full refund (unless the late paper was downloaded and used by You). If you qualify for refund under this clause, You cannot use the paper as it fully belongs to our company. We reserve exclusive rights to utilize it at our own discretion including publishing it online as a sample of our work;

4. Up to 70% of the quality of the paper is not satisfactory (depends on the amount of mistakes made by the Writer vis-à-vis instructions that Were listed by You while placing the order before the Writer uploaded a part of the paper or started working on the assignment.) *This clause becomes obsolete if there is a fundamental change of instructions or prose for the assignment that was not part of the initial instructions.

5. The level of plagiarism exceeded 25% in contravention of conventional acceptable Turnitin thresholds as indicated in the plagiarism report provided by Turnitin or any other reliable plagiarism check system. In this case, the money will be returned as full credit to be used for a future order or as bank transfer within at least 30 business days.

When am I eligible to get partial payment back?

1. Up to 50% – if You cancel the order “in progress” before the deadline when less than half the time has passed*;

passed*; * A Writer has already spent a significant amount of time working on your order and must be compensated

3. Up to 50% – if your order is late, but You still have time and can use the paper to meet the actual University submission deadline. Please note that we may need proof of the actual submission deadline for the University before processing refund under this clause.

4. Up to 50% if the quality of the paper is not satisfactory (depends on the amount of mistakes made by the Writer).

5. Up to 50% if the instructions were not followed fully but some parts of the paper are still usable.

6. Up to 50% if the Writer delivered the paper after the deadline indicated in the Order Form, but the paper was downloaded by You.

Are there any cases when no refund is possible?

1. If part of the order is provided and there is still a planned engagement on the order that is coming up in the future;

2. In case of timely delivery of the Product, We will not be responsible for failure of the Customer to download the Product.

3. If You received a low mark (score) as We consider it to be rather a subjective notion;

4. If You are caught using Our service (You submitted or showed our Writer’s paper to your professor);

5. If You complain about plagiarism but do not provide us with a valid proof of it (Turnitin report);

6. If You simply state that You are not satisfied with your paper and do not provide a detailed reason for your dissatisfaction;

7. If your order is late because You did not provide some required information or materials on time or We could not reach You via contacts provided, then You cannot claim a refund based on lateness. Please, be advised that it is very important to provide valid contact information, including your email address and phone number, so that We can reach You when emergencies occur;

8. Excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this Website. The latter includes, without limitation, damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon, or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages;

9. Such type of paper as Math Problem and other projects requiring calculations or solving Multiple Choice Questions are not subjected to refund as using answers provided by the Writer automatically means their approval by You. However, in case there are less than 50% of correct answers to Multiple choice questions, you will need to send us a proof of the score and can be qualified for a partial refund, the amount of which is decided by Our QA team separately in each case.
